Cook from frozen. Brush your BBQ grill with vegetable oil. Cook over medium high heat and sprinkle with steak seasoning on both sides while grilling. Cook for approximately 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160° F (72° C). Add your favourite toppings and enjoy. May also be pan fried or broiled.
