45 Once-Daily Doses Laxative

RestoraLAX 45 Once-Daily Doses Laxative comes in a 765g format. It is an effective remedy for occasional constipation and irregularity. It works with water to hydrate and soften the stool. DOSAGE: Fill the dosing cap to the top of the white part indicating the dose to be taken. Adults (>18 years): Take one dose (17 g) daily. Mix and dissolve in 8 ounces (250ml) of non-alcoholic beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) and drink. The powder must be completely dissolved before drinking the mixture. Do not drink if there are lumps. Do not take more than the stated dose unless advised by your doctor. The safety and effectiveness of RestoraLAX in children under 18 years of age have not been established. Do not use in children (18 years and younger) unless directed by a physician. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a physician. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if foil under cap is missing, open or broken. Do not use if you are allergic to polyethylene glycol. Do not take any laxative for more than one (1) week unless directed by a physician. Overuse or prolonged use of a laxative may lead to habituation of bowel function. Do not use if person has a confirmed bowel obstruction. Do not use if person has kidney disease unless directed and supervised by a physician. Do not take two hours before or after another medication, as the desired effects of the other medication may be reduced. RestoraLAX is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women unless directed by a physician. Seek the advice of a physician before using this laxative if you have symptoms suggesting intestinal obstruction, appendicitis or inflammation of the intestines (fever, nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain). Discontinue use and consult a physician if: rectal bleeding occurs; bloating, cramping, nausea or abdominal pain worsens; diarrhea occurs, especially in the elderly; the condition persists or worsens; an allergic reaction occurs (e.g. rash, swelling, difficulty breathing). In case of overdose, stop using this medication, drink water and get medical attention. This product may cause loose or loose stools.
