Gaviscon Mint Flavoured Extra Strength Liquid Acid Shielding Foam Barrier comes in a 340ml format that helps relieve symptoms of heartburn, acid reflux and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Upon ingestion, Gaviscon's foaming formula lets you know it's starting to work. It builds a protective barrier that helps block acid reflux for hours. DOSAGE: Adults: Shake well. Take 2 teaspoons up to 8 times daily or 4 teaspoons up to 4 times daily at the onset of symptoms, or as directed by a physician. WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist after 2 weeks or recur, consult a physician. Do not take within 2 hours of another drug as this may impair its effectiveness, or if you have kidney disease, except on the advice of a physician. If you are pregnant or on a low sodium diet, do not exceed 2 teaspoons per day unless directed by a physician.
